The Civilian Emergency Care Bandage® offers the same standard of care as in the world’s elite militaries, a high-performance, multifunctional hemorrhage control bandage for severe wounds involving heavy blood loss. The best-in-class as a multiple use bandage, suitable for a wide variety of applications for small to medium wounds and wraps.
The Civilian Emergency Care Bandage® consolidates first aid, such as primary dressing, secondary dressing and tourniquets into an all in-one device. FDA approved for use as an improvised non-pneumatic tourniquet, to address severe small to medium wounds and small area amputations.
This bandage also comes with an integrated “sleeve” for self application, making the Civilian Emergency Care Bandage® ideal for any unexpected severe blood loss situation.
The Civilian Emergency Care Bandage® is compact, lightweight and waterproof, making it the perfect addition to any workplace or home first aid kit, travel first aid kit or first responder bag. A sterile 4″ non-adherend wound pad on one side of the bandage with good elasticity for wrapping and securing wounds with the integrated pressure bar.

As part as of the famous Israeli Bandage® range, the Civilian Emergency Care Bandage® is designed for a fast response to stop bleeding. It combines a thick, none adherent 4″ sterile wound pad, elastic bandage, pressure applicator and closure clip in one sterile unit, that is quick and easy to apply without the need for tape, safety pins, or other bandages.
The Civilian Emergency Care Bandage® is a versatile and multi-functional bandage for major traumatic wounds, featuring highly absorbent 4″ sterile wound pad attached to a very strong and stretchy bandage. Supplied in a vacuum-sealed packed for ease of storage in all first aid kits and first responder bags.
The Civilian Emergency Care Bandage® allows for 30-40+ lbs of pressure to be applied to the wound and maintained with the integrated pressure bar. It exerts immediate and direct pressure to the wound and is closed off with the integrated closure bar.
