Boker HL Gutting Knife
The Boker “Gutting” knife has a blunt tip and concave shaped blade that ensures that internal intestines are not ruptured when opening up the abdominal wall on deer or other large game.
The knife should just be used for opening up chest cavities then it can be used many times before requiring sharpening.
